Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
1. Who we are & what we do
Zfuence is a fully remote video editing partner for creative agencies, creators and personal brands. We run your editing backend through dedicated Editor Pods — monthly packages covering short-form, long-form and thumbnail deliverables. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Engagements & packages
Work is delivered under the package or proposal you select (e.g. Launch, Momentum or Empire Pod). The scope, volume and inclusions of each engagement are those stated in your proposal — nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
3. Payments
All packages are billed in advance. We accept payment through Stripe (all major cards), as well as Nsave, Elevate Pay and Wise where agreed. Your Editor Pod is assigned and work begins once payment is confirmed. Recurring packages renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.
4. Revisions
Every package includes a defined number of revision rounds per video, stated in your proposal. We want every deliverable client-ready, so reasonable tweaks are always part of the process — but requests beyond the agreed rounds or outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
5. Turnaround times
Standard turnarounds are stated per package (typically 24–48 hours for priority pods, up to one week for starter engagements). Timelines pause while we await raw footage, brand assets or client feedback, and Zfuence is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete inputs or third-party platform outages.
6. Intellectual property
Once an invoice is settled in full, you (and your end clients, for white-label engagements) own the final delivered videos outright. Zfuence may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing — white-label confidentiality is always honoured on request.
7. Refunds
Because our work is creative and digital, completed work is non-refundable. The specific situations where refunds apply are set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zfuence is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost revenue, engagement or followers) arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
